How do I cancel my membership?

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password from inside the app. Before doing so, it might help to add no-reply@elevateapp.com to your address book to decrease the chances of the password reset email going to spam.

 

To reset your password, please open Elevate and follow these steps:

1.If currently logged out, tap "Log in"
2.Tap "Add another account"
3.Tap "Log in"
If a sign-in popup comes up, tap "Cancel"
4.Tap "Continue with email"
5.Tap "Forgotten password"

 

Once you have reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1.Open the password reset email
2.Tap the blue "Change your password" button
3.Enter your new password on both lines
Passwords should be at least eight characters

 

Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
