You can visit the subscription management page to cancel your membership.

How do I reset my password?
|
You can reset your password from inside the app. Before doing so, it might help to add no-reply@elevateapp.com to your address book to decrease the chances of the password reset email going to spam.
To reset your password, please open Elevate and follow these steps:
1. | If currently logged out, tap "Log in" |
2. | Tap "Add another account" |
3. | Tap "Log in"
• | If a sign-in popup comes up, tap "Cancel" |

4. | Tap "Continue with email" |
5. | Tap "Forgotten password" |
Once you have reset your password, please follow the steps below:
1. | Open the password reset email |
2. | Tap the blue "Change your password" button |
3. | Enter your new password on both lines
• | Passwords should be at least eight characters |

Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
